> Monitor the day-to-day financial transactions within the company > Supervise finance staff on daily cash count and cash reporting > Ensure company’s compliance on tax laws and regulations in a timely manner > Propose new or revise finance internal controls, processes and procedures, if necessary, to achieve financial control objectives > Review the Finance Department structure and recommends changes, if needed, to optimize productivity > Assist HR Department in computing monthly withholding tax of new employees, tax refund and 13th month pay of employees > Maintain records of all bank account transactions of the company > Prepare and monitor the Billing Statement and Official Receipt of the company > Prepare, review and submit the monthly budget of the company to the management > Prepare Monthly Financial Reports > Assist intercompany on their accounting and financial transactions and tax compliance > Provide documents and schedules to the external auditor for the audit of financial statements > Supervise the finance team in performing their duties and responsibilities Perform any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time
