Qualifications: A. Education Education in technical studies (HVAC) or equivalent qualification with previous experiences in a similar role B. Work Experience - Minimum 2 years experience as technician/multi-skilled technician - With at least 1 year experience in Aircon Servicing - Preferably with NC II Tesda certificate - Knowledgeable on various air-conditioning systems. - Able to troubleshoot, repair and install different kinds of aircon units C. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Can work with minimal supervision - Must be willing to do other tasks. - Technical skills relevant to the role - Strong attention to details; highly analytical - Trustworthy, intuitive, organized and methodical - Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Description:  Responsible for the delivery and accomplishment of all booked services and simple handyman and repair works as well as attend to other tasks as directed by Operations and office admin.  Execute scheduled services following operational guidelines and procedures, adhering to quality and customer expectations and standards.  Submit all duly accomplished operational forms and documents related to the services rendered.  Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.  Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies.  Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.  Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.  Act as custodian for all tools and equipment being used for services.  Provide feedback and input on how to improve service executions based on experience.  Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Operations and office admin.
